Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash (3 c.)
    1 onion, chopped
    2 carrots, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    salt and pepper to taste
    margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain and mash.
    Add onion, carrots, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
