Mexican Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 corn tortillas
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 diced tomato
    5 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Shred the tortillas and fry in oil until crispy. Add onions, green pepper and tomato. Pour eggs over pan mixture. Cook until set. Serve with hot sauce.
