Easy Enchiladas! - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 large jar salsa (mild or hot per taste)
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas
lettuce, chopped
tomatoes, chopped
sour cream
Preparation

In skillet, brown ground beef in 1 cup water.
Add taco seasoning and 1/2 jar of salsa.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Heat tortillas per package directions.
Spoon mixture into wraps and roll.
Put into baking pan, seam side down.
Pour leftover filling and other half of salsa over top.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned. Enjoy with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream!
