Leo'S Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, diced
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 can corn
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    1 medium green pepper
Preparation
    Brown beans and onions; add remaining ingredients (not pepper). Parboil peppers. Cook quickly to evaporate juice.
    Stuff peppers with mixtures and bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 6. May freeze.
