Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. fat
2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. fat
2 tsp. self-rising flour
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Prepare topping by mixing fat, flour, cinnamon, sugar and nuts.
Next, mix fat and flour.
Beat together egg, sugar and milk.
Combine with flour by stirring until smooth for about 1/2 minute.
Then beat vigorously for 1/2 minute.
Spread in a lightly greased 8 x 8-inch deep cake pan.
Finally, sprinkle topping mixture on batter.
Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 22 minutes.
