Ranch Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can peach halves
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper and paprika together in a paper sack; set aside.
    Cut up fryer and dip in 1/2 cup diluted canned milk (1/2 water and 1/2 milk).
    Place in sack with Bisquick mixture; shake until coated.
    Melt shortening in a rectangular pan in oven.
    Add chicken, skin side down.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 425\u00b0.
