Lemon Chicken(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 lemon, halved
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    butter
    2 Tbsp. Vermouth
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    grated rind of 1 lemon (optional)
    Parmesan cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 pt. light cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    pasta
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    6 oz. grated cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 lb. fettucine noodles
    parsley
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add Ricotta, sour cream and 1/2 grated cheese.
    Simmer on low, stirring occasionally.
    Add seasonings.
    After 30 minutes, add remaining grated cheese and 1/3 cup of milk (if too thick).
