Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to get rid of excess moisture
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 round, unsliced pumpernickel bread, pieces torn to bite size
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except bread pieces.
    Place in bread container to serve.
    (Helps to make a day ahead for vegetables to soften.)
