Breakfast Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. half and half milk
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    2 shallow pie crusts (baked 7 minutes)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Crumble into baked pie crusts. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
    Mix milk with eggs and salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
