Spinach-Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    12 oz. sour cream
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 small onion
    dash of salt and red pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed.
    Grate cheese and chop onion fine. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot with chips.
