Annie'S Spareribs And Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    3 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Grandma's molasses or King syrup
    salt to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. chile powder
    1/2 c. catsup (optional)
Preparation
    Make sauce and let cook down a bit, approximately 1 hour on very low heat.
    Bake ribs 1/2 hour plain, drain fat off.
    Bake on 350\u00b0. Put sauce on and baste every 20 to 30 minutes.
    Bake 1 layer about 1 1/2 hours on 350\u00b0.
