Penuche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Boil all ingredients except nuts to soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat.
    Add nuts and beat until thick and creamy.
    Pour into greased pan and allow to harden.
