Seafood Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna in water, drained
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 jar chopped pimiento, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. oil (for skillet)
Preparation
    Mix tuna, dressing, mustard, vegetables, pimento, seasonings and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.
    Shape mixture in balls.
    Roll in remaining 3/4 cup bread crumbs.
    Flatten balls into small patties. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Heat 1/2 cup oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add patties.
    Cook 5 minutes each.
    Remove and drain on paper towels.
