Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 oz. bottle red food coloring
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Blend in flour, buttermilk, cocoa, food coloring and vinegar.
    Add soda, salt and vanilla.
    Mix 2 to 3 minutes with electric mixer, scraping bottom and sides of bowl often.
    Pour into 3 well-greased and floured layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
