Rugelach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Neufchatel cheese
    1/4 lb. butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. jam
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Bring the cheese and butter to room temperature.
    Mix with sugar and flour.
    Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before proceeding with recipe.
