Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. fresh small peeled carrots
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots and drain.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add all ingredients and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes until glazed.
