Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Beat margarine, sugar and eggs until creamy.
    Add dry ingredients. Chill dough.
    Roll into balls.
    Roll in sugar and cinnamon (2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 teaspoons sugar).
    Place on cookie sheet 1 inch apart.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
