Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 well beaten egg
    1 c. fresh cranberries, coarsely cut
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in margarine.
    Combine peel, juice and egg; add to dry ingredients.
    Mix just until moistened.
    Fold in berries and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 60 minutes in greased loaf pan.
    Cool.
    Wrap in foil.
    Store overnight before cutting.
    Makes 1 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf or 2 small pans.
