Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. sherry
1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
dash of red pepper
4 chicken pieces, skinned
sesame seed
Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients and stir well.
Place the chicken pieces in baking dish and pour sauce over.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Turn chicken and sprinkle with sesame seed.
Cook 10 minutes longer, uncovered, or until done.
