Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, not drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup, not diluted
    1/2 c. commercial sour cream
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    hot cooked noodles (about 4 oz.)
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine over medium heat.
    Add meat and cook until brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add soup.
    Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
    Sprinkle parsley. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
    Serves 4.
