Quick Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. hot milk
    4 oz. (4 sq.) Hershey's baking chocolate
    3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler.
    Stir until blended.
    Mix hot milk with sugar; blend into chocolate mixture and beat until smooth.
    Stir vanilla and salt into chocolate mixture.
    Beat until smooth and thickened, about 5 minutes.
    Makes enough frosting for filling and topping a 9-inch double layer cake.
