Strawberry Bavarian Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweetened sliced fresh strawberries or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
    2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    about 5 (1-inch) slices jelly roll
Preparation
    If using frozen berries, thaw and let warm to room temperature.
