Viva House Vegetarian Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded (save 1/2 c. for top)
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 egg
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cheese mixture:
    Mix together spinach, egg, Ricotta and Mozzarella (save 1/2 cup Mozzarella for top of lasagna).
    Salt and pepper to taste.
