No-Fat Cream Soup Base - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry nonfat milk powder
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. powder chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. dry basil
    1/2 tsp. dry thyme
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
    When ready to use, add 2 cups of cold water to 1 cup of mixture.
    Heat to thicken, stirring often.
    Add cooked vegetables or whatever your cream soup calls for.
