Shirley'S Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast (dissolve in water)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    2 1/4 c. flour (judge by consistency)
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Set in a warm place until doubled in size (about 45 minutes to 1 hour).
    Pour out in flour and pinch off for rolls.
    Spread melted butter, with garlic salt added to it, on top of rolls and let rise again (1 hour).
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
    Yields 1 dozen.
