Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
small amount of water
Preparation
-
Peel and slice sweet potatoes into 1/4-inch rounds.
Place in a large iron skillet.
Add sugar, margarine and small amount of water.
Cover and cook over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes until candied.
Goes good with ham.
