Easy Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    12 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Let stand a few minutes.
    Add salt, sugar and oil.
    Add flour 4 cups at a time.
    After all flour is mixed in, knead 10 minutes.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Punch down, then let rise another hour.
    Shape into loaves.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 5 medium loaves.
