Taco Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 c. water
    2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, cut up
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    corn chips
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook ground beef and onions until meat is browned.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add water, undrained tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix. Simmer covered 15 minutes.
    Serve with corn chips and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
