Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen thawed strawberries
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    2 egg whites
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes in 9-inch pan, stirring often.
    Let cool.
    Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and egg whites.
    Beat at high speed with mixer, about 20 minutes or when fluffy.
    Fold whipped cream in strawberries.
    Remove 1/3 of crumb mixture from pan.
    Pat remaining crumbs into smooth layer.
    Pour strawberry mixture over crumbs in pan and sprinkle reserved crumbs over the top.
    Freeze. Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving.
