Lemon Rum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix
    1 pkg. vanilla or lemon instant pudding mix
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. light or dark rum
    1/2 c. milk
    juice of 1/2 lemon, strained
    4 eggs
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. rum
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend cake and pudding mixes, oil, 1/2 cup rum, milk, juice of 1/2 lemon and eggs.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Cool in pan.
