Norm'S Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans minced clams
1 medium onion, fine chopped
1 tsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. margarine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation

Drain juice from clams and place in separate bowl.
Melt margarine and oil in medium size saucepan.
Add onion and saute five minutes.
Add the clam juice, garlic powder, parsley, oregano and chopped garlic.
Cook 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes cooking, add cheese and clams and cook five minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
Best served over linguine.
