Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. English walnuts
Preparation

Blend oil and sugar well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Add vanilla, carrots and nuts.
Mix well.
Bake in a 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
