Cabbage Patch Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 can (qt.) mashed tomatoes
    2 cans hot chili beans
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook in large pot, meat, onion, celery and bell pepper until meat is done; drain.
    Add tomatoes, beans, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add cabbage.
    Cook slowly for 30 minutes.
    Serve with corn bread.
