Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    2 lb. lean hamburger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    2 large chopped onions
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic (whole)
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. red or chili pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    3 large whole bay leaves
Preparation
    Into water, crumble raw hamburger.
    Do not brown.
    Add all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 3 hours.
    Remove garlic clove and bay leaves.
    Add whole red peppers if desired.
