Fish Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/3 stick melted oleo
2 c. sweet onions, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 eggs
6 fish fillets
2 Tbsp. chicken stock
1/4 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Make crust of cracker crumbs and melted oleo and press into 8-inch pie plate.
Saute onions in oleo until lightly browned. Add chicken stock and stir.
Spoon onions into cracker crust. Place fish fillets over onions. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings and pour on top.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool 10 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
