Perfect Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cocoa
    2 c. boiling water
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. butter Crisco
    4 whole eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat
    cocoa and boiling water with wire whip, let cool. Sift flour
    before
    measuring,
    then sift baking soda, baking powder and salt; sift together.
    Beat sugar, Crisco, eggs and vanilla; beat 5 minutes.
    Beat in flour and cocoa mixture (in fours) start with
    cocoa
    and end with flour; beat but do not overbeat.
    Pour in
    3
    layer
    cake pans and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until
    done.
    Put cream
    cheese
    frosting
    between
    layers of completely cooled cake and chocolate frosting on top.
