Cabbage Roll Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage leaves wilted
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 c. tomato sauce or juice
Preparation
    Butter a good sized casserole dish that can be covered.
    Line the dish completely with cabbage leaves.
    Fry hamburger, onion, salt and pepper until meat loses its red coloring.
    Mix rice into the meat.
    Pile mixture into cabbage leaves.
    Fix more cabbage leaves over top of meat.
    Pour tomato juice or sauce over all. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for at least an hour, until leaves are very tender.
