Cracklin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal
    1 c. cracklins
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Use enough hot water to make into thick enough to shape into small loaves.
    Use cracklins with the least fat.
    I break them into small pieces.
    Bake in moderate oven (400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0) for about 45 minutes.
