Stuffing And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Stove Top corn bread stuffing mix
3/4 c. melted margarine
1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken broth
3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise type salad dressing
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine stuffing mix, margarine and broth in bowl; mix well. Press half of mixture over bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine chicken, onion, celery, salad dressing, eggs, milk and salt in medium bowl; mix well.
Spoon into prepared dish.
Top with remaining stuffing mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
