Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can shrimp (small cocktail shrimp)
2 cans tomato soup
2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/3 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Drain shrimp; save juice.
Heat tomato soup in pan, but do not boil.
Blend in cream cheese to melt.
Mix gelatin with shrimp juice and fold into tomato soup and cream cheese mixture.
Add mayonnaise and blend with mixture.
Fold in green pepper, onion and shrimp.
Put in quart mold and refrigerate.
To serve, unmold and serve with crackers.
