Pumpkin Cake Roll Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Fold dry, sifted ingredients into the pumpkin mixture.
    Spread onto greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    Top with walnuts.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Turn out onto a towel sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
    Starting at narrow end, roll cake and towel together.
    Cool.
    Unroll; spread filling over cooled cake.
    Roll. Wrap in waxed paper and foil.
    Freeze.
    Slice and serve plain or with whipped topping.
