Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; roll into a log.
Cover with wax paper with chopped pecans.
Roll cheese log in pecans and chill.
