Ricotta Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow butter cake mix
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour into ungreased 12 x 9-inch pan.
Mix together Ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Pour over batter in cake pan.
Do not mix! Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
