Ingredients

12 oz. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tsp. instant coffee powder
3 large eggs
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In top of double boiler over hot, not simmering, water, melt together the chocolates and butter.
Add coffee powder and stir well.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
