Soup'S On - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3 c. fresh broccoli florets
    1 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. coarsely chopped fresh cauliflower
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. dried dillweed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. diced yellow squash
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in large saucepan; add 2 cups of the broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots and onion.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
