Ingredients

1 lb. butter
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cream
2 lb. confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 lb. sifted flour
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar and then add beaten eggs, cream and vanilla.
Sift other dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Roll out very thin on a lightly floured board or pastry cloth.
Cut with a cookie cutter and bake on lightly greased baking sheets at 375\u00b0 until slightly browned.
