Rummy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned chicken breasts
    3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. dark rum
    salt
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in rum about 2 hours; coat with crumbs and brown in butter over medium heat.
    Put 1 teaspoon of oil in pan before butter to prevent burning.
    Place in a shallow baking dish and salt lightly.
    Pour rum marinade into butter drippings. Swish together and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
