Wilma'S Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs
    5 to 6 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Turn out on lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Brush with melted shortening. Cover.
    Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk (about 2 hours).
