Vanessa'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen deep dish pie crust, thawed
    1 egg white, beaten
    1 c. milk or half and half
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. parsley
    pinch of salt
    fresh pepper to taste
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    8 oz. bacon, cooked and diced
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Prick pie crust all over with fork, line with fork and bake 12 minutes.
    Remove foil; bake 5 more minutes. Brush crust with beaten egg white.
    Bake 2 more minutes.
    Beat eggs, milk, parsley, salt and peppers.
    Sprinkle crust with bacon, cheese and onions.
    Pour egg mixture over and bake until puffed and golden, about 25 minutes. (Quiche will finish setting after you take it out of oven.)
