Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter
    1/8 cup sugar
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1 egg slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    juice of 1 lemon
    10 marshmallows
    8 maraschino cherries
    1 can fruit cocktail drained
    1/2 cup nuts
    1/2 pint whipped cream
Preparation
    Cook butter, sugar, pineapple juice, egg, flour and salt in double boiler until thick.
    Stir to keep smooth.
    Cool.
    Add lemon juice.
    Cut Marshmallows into small pieces.
    Mix with cherries , nuts, and fruit cocktail and add to above.
    Add whipped cream, pour into freezer trays.
    Freeze over night.
